About our Service Department

Our independent dealership was established to provide owners of Honda and Acura vehicles a better option for servicing their cars; more personal and affordable than the new-car dealer franchises and with more expertise than national franchised service centers or general repair facilities. The benefits come by means of specialization, experience, convenience, value and customer satisfaction.

Specialization:

We specialize in servicing, diagnosing and repairing these brands so our facility is equipped with modern, brand-specific resources required for efficiency and expertise. Our parts inventory is stocked with the highest quality parts available for most common repairs and maintenance. Please keep us in mind for performing general maintenance and repair, such as fluid and filter changes and premium brake service, for many Asian brands such as Toyota, Subaru, Nissan, Kia and Hyundai as well.

Experience:

The parts on your car are only as good as the craftsmanship applied by the mechanic installing or repairing them. Our factory-trained technicians have decades of combined experience and will best use their resources to fix your car right the first time.

Value:

We believe that high quality of work is the most important factor that determines value, but we also do our best to save you money. Reducing overhead by cutting out the fluff of “free car washes”, shuttle vans or fancy coffee bars, we can keep a reasonable labor rate. Parts are sold at fair prices and we concentrate on what matters the most; fixing the car right the first time.

Convenience:

We are easy to access about 1 mile north of the Meriden town line on the RT 5/15 (Berlin Turnpike) via I-91, 691 and RT 9. A drop box is available for early-bird or evening drop off. Most customers drop their car off for the day and get a ride from family, co-workers or friends. Some prefer to wait for their oil changes early morning 7:30-9:30 am and log in to our free wi-fi. If transportation is not available, we provide loaner cars for major services by request at time of making appointment.
